Distribution & E-commerce

Distribution center design and fulfillment facility design are operations problems solved through architecture. LJC’s integrated approach coordinates material flow, automation systems, building infrastructure, and workforce logistics from day one, not sequentially. We design distribution centers and cold storage facilities where architecture, MEP systems, structural design, and operations planning align, creating the foundation for efficient, adaptable supply chain infrastructure.
