With easy access to the Port of Savannah, Savannah International Airport, and the CSX and Norfolk Southern rail lines, this warehouse/distribution facility sits on a 69.7-acre site. Developed by CRG, the building was leased to Shaw Industries after its completion in 2018.
In addition to the 32’ clear heights, the development will include 135 car parking spaces and 160 truck parking spaces. LJC is serving as the architect on the project. The commerce center is also home to FedEx, Home Depot, Target, and Gulfstream.
