LJC & Clayco partnered with Seefried Industrial Properties & Ace Hardware to design and build a 1.5 million SQ-FT distribution center in Visalia, California. Completed in 2022, The project includes a state-of-the-art storage automation system, solar power, and EV charging stations, and brings more than 400 jobs to California’s Central Valley.
Founded in 1924 in Chicago Illinois, Ace Hardware now has more than 5,000 stores worldwide. Ace Hardware is owned solely and exclusively by the local Ace retail entrepreneurs, and offers a wide variety of paint, lawn and garden, tools, local niche services, and virtually anything you’ll ever need to fix, repair, and maintain your home.
