A fast-track schedule allowed the owner to realize the benefit of efficient distribution to its southeast customers more quickly.
A leader in the manufacturing of consumer packaging, Solo Cup Company engaged LJC and Clayco to design and build its new super-regional distribution center featuring cross-dock operation, 30-foot clear storage space and maximized dock positions.
The new facility provides these features within a durable, high quality and technically superior tilt-up concrete building. An integrated delivery approach allowed the team to deliver the project two months ahead of schedule.
