Through our company’s integrated delivery approach, LJC and Clayco delivered this Greenville County build-to-suit distribution center and warehouse for Bausch + Lomb upon completion.
The 432,000 SF facility includes a 38-foot, clear-height, temperature-controlled warehouse, an ESFR sprinkler system, 42 loading docks, 101 trailer spaces, 94 auto spaces, an expansion pad adjacent to the building, and a drive-in door.
CRG and Gramercy Property Trust partnered to deliver the Class-A pharmaceutical warehouse.
