When Georgia-Pacific needed to expand its Chicago paper distribution center, LJC, Clayco and CRG partnered to provide a turnkey solution that increased the company’s warehouse space from 700,000 SF to 1,000,000 SF. Featuring 100 dock door positions and two drive-in doors, Georgia-Pacific’s Gateway 57 industrial park facility provides efficient, optimally-located distribution to the company’s most significant clients in the area.
