Currwood Logistics Park is a premier industrial development located in Hagerstown, Maryland, strategically positioned at the intersection of Interstates 70 and 81.

The two warehouses total 1.3 million square feet and 300,000 square feet of facilities built with tilt-up construction. The project also included sitework and road improvements.

LJC’s engineering team provided structural design services supporting the tenant improvement within the 1.7-million-SF warehouse. This included roof reinforcement for new mechanical units, structural modifications at dock positions, and infill of existing building openings. The team also engineered support for high-demand operational zones—including a 4,000 SF battery-charging area, shipping and receiving office pods, and warehouse safety elements—while delivering permit-ready calculations and construction-phase design review to maintain the efficiency of the Design-Build process.
