Spanning two levels, the 33,000-square-foot renovation and expansion create a cohesive, high-performing environment that supports both client engagement and the day-to-day rhythms of a dynamic financial firm.

The design is rooted in a modern, refined aesthetic, expressing professionalism through clean lines, natural materials, and ordered detailing, while elevating an approachable, collegial atmosphere. Public-facing areas, such as the reception and conference center, convey a sense of understated confidence, expressed through a refined palette of stone, wood, glass, and metal. These areas establish a strong first impression without excess, reflecting a “polished, not lavish” principle central to NXT’s culture.

Across the workplace, openness and transparency drive the planning strategy.
