WABCO’s North American manufacturing facility for commercial truck air compressors and air disc brakes.
Clayco developed a $17 million state-of-the-art U.S. manufacturing facility for WABCO, the leading global supplier of technologies and control systems for the safety and efficiency of commercial vehicles.
The overall space includes a 60,000 SF manufacturing area, a 68,000 SF warehouse area, and a 16,000 SF office area. WABCO uses the new facility to meet increased North American customer demand for air compressors and air disc brakes for commercial trucks.
WABCO chose Clayco to build the facility after outgrowing its existing space. The expansion was expected to create more than 50 new jobs while maintaining 175 existing positions.
