When recognized business aviation leader Jet Aviation was awarded a 30-year lease for building a fixed-base operation at Van Nuys airport in California, it turned to LJC and partner Clayco to deliver a turnkey solution. In designing a comprehensive facility to service business aircraft and the clients who fly them, LJC was responsible for hangars, fuel handling, essential site improvements, lounges, meeting facilities, and amenities necessary to provide deluxe service to travelers and crews.
