The Rive Eugene, formerly IDENTITY Eugene, offers students the ultimate college life experience by providing close-to-campus housing designed to help balance personal growth and academic development. The Rive is the perfect launching pad to discover passions, hone skills, make lasting connections, and enrich downtime by centering on the idea that living here leads to fulfillment and success.

Ideally located a half-mile from downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon, The Rive Eugene is a 12-story student apartment building with a parking podium with parking stackers. The building’s construction is a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete frame with metal stud infill supporting a prefinished metal panel skin and vinyl windows. An abstract cloud formation wraps around the building’s entire facade using different metal panel colors and profiles. This design draws on the natural elements of the building’s context, creating a dynamic skin using a single material.

Apartment units consist of multiple configurations, from small studio units to 5 Bed/5 Bath, each with accompanying living rooms, laundry closets, and full kitchens. With expansive floor plans, each layout offers stylish features that enhance student life. Building amenities included a leasing office, snack bar, fitness center, residential lobby, and coffee bar. The ninth floor provides study rooms, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace with grills and fire pits. Lastly, the rooftop has a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grills, and outdoor lounge space to encourage lingering and a place students want to spend their time.
