A new facility providing space dedicated to protein processing for a key supplier to the quick-serve restaurant industry.
LJC and Clayco partnered to deliver a state-of-the-art food processing facility comprised of approximately 88,000 SF of production, 20,000 SF of sub-zero freezer space, 12,000 SF of office, and 40,000 SF of support area. The building is designed as a steel frame structure with 34’ clear height, insulated metal panel and tilt-up concrete exterior walls, sustainable design features, a central ammonia system, 12 external dock positions, and 30 trailer positions located on a 50-acres.
