The building is branded through woven color and health-oriented graphics to promote a healthy work environment.

This value-driven facility consolidates existing administrative office functions across BJC Kingshighway Campus.

The five-story, steel-framed building features load-bearing, architectural concrete walls through the fourth floor, with the fifth floor and the entire west elevation of the building featuring curtainwall. Curtainwall has been used strategically to highlight skyline views. The concrete walls create visual interest through horizontal and vertical shifts of colored bands, creating an illusion of woven materials.

Sustainable design features include all-concrete paving, reflective PVC roof, low-flush toilets, incorporation of regional materials, landscaping that requires no irrigation, clerestory windows, skylights, and motion and daylight-sensing fluorescent light fixtures.
