[email protected] is a new Class-A innovative office building in Creve Coeur, MO.

Building off the successful delivery of this facility’s sister building [email protected], and continuing with the established brand, Clayco and LJC hit the ground running to design and build this 125,000 SF building in 11 months. Located in Creve Coeur, MO, the offices’ proximity to the site and the team’s attention to this project through every phase were critical to delivering on time.

This project utilized the complete design-build expertise of Clayco and integrated practice of LJC and engaged our self-perform concrete resources, Concrete Strategies. The 4-story tiltup design includes various panel details that take Tilt-Up architecture to the next level while still incorporating curtainwall at the critical locations within the building for an iconic aesthetic within the district.

Internally, the building features shared workspaces and additional common elements such as lounges, fitness, yoga, and break spaces designed to encourage collaborative engagement.

Flexibility did not end with the building plan. Construction began at the height of the COVID breakout, which required quick action on the design-build team to incorporate health safety measures. All high traffic zones have touchless, secure entry. Every major “touch” surface has antimicrobial properties, shields, and an upgraded HVAC system to enhance air quality and circulation. Even with these changes, the project remained on schedule and budget, with tenant experience and wellness the project’s focus.

Amenities such as putting green, bocce ball court, and basketball court to improve the quality of the work environment were important to the overall design concept. In addition, the garage doors open the amenity spaces up to the exterior to blur the boundaries of interior and exterior spaces and enhance the overall idea of flexibility.
