Boston Consulting Group’s Denver office expansion supports the firm’s rapid growth and evolving workplace needs, adding 5,000 square feet of first-generation tenant space on Level 26 at 1144 15th Street. Since opening their full-floor office on Level 38, BCG had nearly doubled in size, creating an immediate need for additional space that would support collaboration among consulting teams and enable seamless virtual engagement with clients and colleagues across global markets.
The design intent was to create a natural extension of the existing 38th-floor office while working within a reduced budget and aggressive schedule. LJC carried forward the established material palette, quality, and acoustic performance, while introducing a slightly more expressive and art-forward approach to give the new suite its own identity. Thoughtful space planning maximized efficiency in the compact footprint, accommodating open offices, conference rooms, focus spaces, and collaboration areas without sacrificing comfort or sophistication.
A warm, timeless, and classic interior aesthetic defines the space, highlighted by a residential-style kitchen that serves as a central gathering hub and a series of intimate, art-filled collaboration zones. LJC provided full architectural, interior design, and furniture procurement services, working closely with BCG’s global real estate team to deliver a refined, flexible workplace that supports growth, connectivity, and long-term use.
