Creating a signature statement.

The 53-story tower features 402 units of different sizes and configurations responding to the current market requirements. The tower structure is simply expressed with white-coated thin columns and slab edges. The building is clad in taut blue glass, contrasting the structure that steps back at distinct locations. The offsets reinforce the vertical expression of the tower, and with its expressed top levels, it is distinguished from adjacent buildings in a “modern-classic” style.
