Clayco and LJC were named the design-build team for Red Development.
This Life Time Living project in Phoenix, Arizona, will be a mixed-use development including 327 luxury apartments. This 726,000 SF lifestyle-branded facility will offer residents resort-like amenities and impeccably designed community spaces designed to make it easier to live a healthier life, inside and out.
The community will be linked to a new Life Time Fitness by a dedicated pedestrian bridge, and each residence will include a Life Time Fitness membership, bringing daily training, recovery, and social programming steps from home. Positioned at one of Greater Phoenix’s most active corridors, the building is expected to be the tallest residential structure in the immediate area and is oriented to capture 360-degree mountain views.
