Normandie Clubhouse

Normandie Reimagined is a vision of community and partnership occurring on and around the historical, public Normandie Golf Course in North St. Louis. The clubhouse, which burnt down in the early 1990s, has been reimagined by LJC as a community space that will host public, private and philanthropic events. The adjacent “Caddie House” will host a sponsored caddie program with STEM education, making it a destination for learning and engagement for youth in the area. In addition, the golf course is being renovated by non-other than the champion golfer Jack Nicklaus and his world-renowned design team Nicklaus Design.

The Metropolitan Golf Foundation (MGF), partnered with Beyond Housing, has made the dream of a public, accessible, destination golf course and community clubhouse a reality. LJC is excited to continue our partnership with MGF & Beyond Housing to breathe life into this project and the surrounding area. Construction will begin this summer, with anticipated completion in early 2025.

The clubhouse is ~14,000 SF with an indoor dining facility, Pro Shop, lounge, cart storage, and an expansive, covered outdoor pavilion.   The 2-story Caddie House is ~2,000 SF with a hands-on learning zone, workshop, and support spaces.   Our landscape and planning, interior design, and architecture teams are working collaboratively to create a cohesive, impactful, and well-executed beacon for the Normandie community.
