Delivering a headquarters location for a global engineering and construction firm in nine months.
When Fluor decided to relocate its corporate headquarters from southern California to Texas, it selected the team of LJC and Clayco for rapid, seamless execution from concept to occupancy. The design incorporates locally sourced limestone cladding and site-cast concrete panels to speed construction while adding an enclosed “history walk” to chronicle Fluor’s emergence as a global construction company for visitors and staff.
LEED NC certification was achieved through thoughtful attention to sustainability, including rainwater harvesting and an envelope designed to provide year-round natural light.
