Enterprise Holdings, a global leader in transportation mobility and innovation, needed space to house its growing technology team. Starting with a comprehensive Workplace Study, Lamar Johnson Collaborative used interpersonal and data-based research to inform the design of Enterprise’s Lakeside IT campus. Using technology to support employee mobility, LJC incorporated a range of environments that empowers employees to select the option that fits their work style and the task at hand. The campus is designed to allow teams to easily expand, contract and reorganize. Leading up to occupancy of the building, the LJC team provided communication and education to the Enterprise team to smooth the transition to the new workspace.
