Zenith Ridge

LJC master-planned this three-building office campus for Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services. Building 1 is a 183,000 SF build-to-suit project for the engineering simulation software company ANSYS. Buildings 2 and 3 are 150,000 SF spec buildings. Each five-story building was constructed using tilt-up wall panels clad in brick masonry with metal cornice accents. The thoughtful master plan provides a campus-like setting through landscape design and pedestrian links between buildings. Taking advantage of the site, the building’s configuration, orientation, and fenestration optimize views for its tenants to the surrounding Pittsburgh hillside.

Additionally, the buildings are positioned to enhance their presence from the I-79 corridor to the south. The highly efficient floor plates are designed to work with multi-tenant configurations and offer column-free exterior walls.
