This co-living project by The X Company, the development leader of these facilities in the U.S., is set to be the city’s next destination location. The 28-story building adds 432 residential units, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units in downtown Tampa. Also included is parking for 399 cars and amenity space on the ground floor and above the parking podium. The amenity space has a restaurant, a gym, co-working spaces, an outdoor pool, a deck, and a lounge. The full-block development preserves the existing Spanish Revival church on the site and repurposes it as an event hall. “The Bosque,” an outdoor space that separates the church and the new structure, also serves as an entry court and an area of respite for residents and non-residents alike.
