The Shaw

LJC and design lead CEDERGREEN are collaborating on the Shaw, a ~390,000 sf multi-family residential development on a 1-acre urban site in downtown Clayton, Missouri. The program consists of a new 21-level post-tensioned concrete tower connecting to the adaptive reuse of an existing 1960’s office building (originally a headquarters of the 7-up beverage company). The program includes 285 apartments, ground-floor indoor/outdoor amenities, a dog park, below-grade parking, corner retail, and a community pocket park.
