LJC partnered with Spot to develop a corporate workplace in Chicago that supports expansion and reflects Spot’s dynamic brand. This project involved collaboration between LJC’s design team and Spot’s branding team to ensure the new office resonated with the aesthetics of their other locations while also pushing the boundaries of traditional office design.
Choosing to forgo a formal reception, the design introduced a multi-functional café area that enhances the space’s sense of community and flexibility. The selection of colors and materials creates a warm, inviting environment, aligning with Spot’s branding to foster a cohesive and functional workspace.
LJC’s role extended beyond interior design to overall project management, effectively addressing challenges such as strict schedules and budgets. By employing standardized project details and collaborating with manufacturers, LJC ensured the project met financial and timeline constraints without compromising on quality or sustainability.
This project stands out by blending environmental responsibility with innovative design, which is pivotal for Spot’s growth in Chicago. The new space meets Spot’s aesthetic and functional needs and sets a new benchmark in office design, offering a source of inspiration and a platform for future success.
