SCAD River Street Garage

The SCAD River Street parking garage is an innovative architectural project designed to cater to the parking needs of students residing in the new student housing opportunities provided on the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) campus. Built using precast concrete, it ensures durability and longevity. The garage is designed with unique forms at the prominent corners, providing a visually appealing aesthetic.

This new garage includes 40 outdoor bike spaces and secured storage for up to 42 bikes to promote and encourage sustainable transportation and package delivery lockers to facilitate efficient delivery and pick-up services. A beautifully landscaped public space fronts the garage to enhance the user’s overall experience. It provides seating for gatherings and creates a welcoming environment for the users.
