This public housing development is a mixed-income development with various housing typologies. The project’s vision includes integrating retail and other community amenity and convenience functions, a responsible parking strategy and integrated landscape design within the entire development. This multi-phase project also contains a 1.5-acre central park programmed with a multi-use sports field, a splash pad, and community gathering spaces. A reinvigorated public realm supports residents’ quality of life and provides amenities like walking paths, sidewalk connectivity, gathering spaces, playgrounds, and more.
