LJC and Clayco’s relationship with Covista (formerly known as Adtalem Global Education) continues to grow following the completion of its Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Phoenix, Arizona. Building on our previous success with the renovation at Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Miramar, Florida, we transformed a two-story office building into a state-of-the-art nursing education facility.

Drawing on our extensive expertise in healthcare and higher education design and adhering to Covista’s brand standards, we designed a space that truly embodies their vision. Our goal was to create an inspiring and functional environment that attracts students and supports the growth of the nursing program. The finished facility includes lecture classrooms, science labs, simulation exam rooms, nursing skills workshops, breakout study areas, and a café and market.

We engaged with the client, their constituents, and end-users throughout the design process to ensure the final design met their expectations. We recognize Covista’s unique vision and are proud to have delivered a learning facility that enhances its brand and reputation.
