Luxury living designed to provide high-end spaces and experiences within an emerging community.

Fort Worth’s Near Southside cultural district is a mixed-use walkable urban neighborhood with a vibrant art and cultural community, boasting some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants and various businesses. New to this neighborhood is Broadway Chapter, a five-story residential multi-family apartment building that promotes a pedestrian-oriented urban lifestyle in this burgeoning neighborhood.

Interior Architecture

The spacious, studio, one and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 550 to 1,200 SF. Each unit has chef-like kitchens with stainless steel appliances, bedrooms with large walk-in closets; in-unit laundry; and private balconies. In addition, the building has 15 one-bedroom duplex units with 20-foot ceilings and oversized windows with expansive views of downtown Fort Worth.

Additionally, residents have access to a 4,500 SF landscaped amenity court with an infinity swimming pool and sun deck, a grilling pavilion, a fire pit, terraced seating for outdoor activities and social gatherings, and a 93,000 SF five-level precast resident parking garage.

The building’s exterior massing, materials, and finishes were carefully selected to reflect the Near Southside cultural district’s existing neighborhood’s context, material palette and scale. This wood-framed building is clad with brick masonry, window wall, fiber cement siding, and metal panel to respectfully enhance the neighborhood making this an ideal place for residents to call home.

CRG partnered with Near Southside’s ArtSouth to select and commission a mural from North Texas artist Eric ‘Drigo’ Rodriguez. Drigo, a native of McKinney, Texas, has been painting for eight years. This 5,000 SF mural titled Cosmic Journey depicts a colorful scene with tropical imagery spanning five massive concrete panels. Drigo prepped the facade by hand — from priming the concrete panels, sketching the large-scale work using a meticulous grid system, and painting the intricate design — using a mechanical lift supplied by CRG.
