Aeris Communication

Aeris Communications partnered with LJC to design a new office that reflects their brand identity while supporting seamless connection and collaboration across teams. LJC served as both interior designer, delivering a calm, functional workspace tailored to Aeris’ needs.

The design concept was guided by the company’s desire for a tranquil, connected environment. A soft, brand-inspired palette and thoughtful material selection support focus and well-being. Open work areas are balanced with zones for collaboration, creating a flexible, modern layout.

A key challenge was the limited access to natural light as windows are confined to the east façade. To address this, LJC organized enclosed program elements toward the building core, preserving daylight access for primary work areas. Existing skylights and a carefully calibrated lighting plan, using both direct and indirect sources, further enhanced the brightness and comfort of the space.

The result is a clean, cohesive workplace that reflects Aeris’ values and enhances employee experience.
