John has more than 23 years of progressive design and management experience on life sciences capital expenditure projects. He has successfully delivered greenfield scopes from master planning through construction, start-up, and commissioning, as well as extremely complex retrofit projects. With projects ranging from less than $1M TIC up to $500M TIC he has responsibility for executive management of budget, schedule, planning, resource commitments, technical design quality, and, ultimately, client satisfaction.
