With 25 years of experience in architecture and design, Jeff has spent the last 15 years specializing in multi-family residential projects, delivering thoughtful and impactful designs across various scales. Known for his strategic insight and collaborative approach, Jeff works closely with studio and market leaders, managing project teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction. In addition to his project work, he recruits and manages key talent for the Denver market and assists in the management of the Denver team. Jeff’s expertise in early-stage project development, including financial modeling and conceptual pro forma, allows him to provide clients with informed, data-driven recommendations.
