Clayco and LJC are relocating its St. Louis offices into an expansive 230,000 SF building they designed and built back in 2011.

After operating in their existing location for an impressive 30 years, they decided to relocate. Following years of continuous expansion and renovation, the client’s current location has reached its limits, posing challenges for further growth.
