Showcasing a collaborative work culture, the 14th floor encourages creativity, knowledge sharing and open exchange of ideas.

Located in the historic Jewelers Building in downtown Chicago, this renovation embraces a workplace that nurtures collaboration, enables innovation, and retains the best talent. Weaving together diverse workplaces is a leaf-like sculpture, fabricated out of more than 1,500 ‘leaves.’ It greets guests at the reception area, guiding them from the building core, through common spaces, eventually dissipating in the workplace studio. The installation dips like waves as guests follow the path under the leaves. The design and custom fabrication of the piece sets the tone for the firm’s culture of collaboration and continuous evolution.
