A new facility provides space dedicated to protein processing for a key supplier to the quick serve restaurant industry.

Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Clayco partnered to deliver a state-of-the-art food processing facility comprised of approximately 88,000 square feet of production, 20,000 square feet of sub-zero freezer space, 12,000 square feet of office and 40,000 square feet of support area. The building is designed as a steel frame structure with 34’ clear height, insulated metal panel and tilt-up concrete exterior walls, sustainable design features, central ammonia system, 12 exterior dock positions and 30 trailer positions located on a 50 acre parcel in Opelika, Alabama.
