Angie Earlywine serves as Managing Director at The Lamar Johnson Collaborative. As a practice builder, Angie leads a team of strategists and designers across a myriad of project types globally. Angie has a unique ability to align strategy, design and change management methods into her work ensuring the best possible design solutions are implemented. This evidence-based design approach is based on a deep understanding of client objectives and the ability to leverage workplace diagnostic findings to fuel innovative design concepts. Earlywine focuses on ensuring interior environments support varying work styles, integrate wellbeing strategies and advances in technology all while considering the needs of a multitude of generations that make up today’s diverse workplace.

Angie has more than 20 years of leadership and expertise in the areas of workplace strategy innovation, strategic facility planning, change management methodologies, and design implementation. Her projects range from corporate headquarters, to institutional projects, to private sector work for GSA.

Angie shares her expertise with the community through regular presentations to professional organizations. She is a member of the International Facility Management Association, CoreNet Global, ULI, a member of the CREW St. Louis and Chicago Chapters, a Director on the CREW Network Global Board, and holds a facilities committee seat for the YWCA of Metro St. Louis.
